Coach Mann is the Head Strength & Performance coach at Marshalltown high school. He has been a high school baseball coach with 14 years of experience, including 11 years at Marshalltown High School. He has coached athletes from the middle school through varsity levels and served as the interim head coach at Marshalltown in 2023. His coaching experience includes a state tournament appearance at Marshalltown in 2018 and a state championship at Johnston High School in 2017.

Jordan Judkins Co - Treasurer Anthony Everman Travel Baseball Director / Coach & Player Development - Board Member Everman's coaching experience includes stints at Division I schools - Virginia Tech, Kansas State University, Arkansas State University, and the University of Northern Colorado. He was also a head baseball coach for seven years at Marshalltown CC and three years at Benedictine College(KS).
While an assistant at Kansas State, he helped guide the Wildcats to a berth in the 2010 NCAA Tournament. He also brings experience from NCAA-sanctioned summer leagues, managing the Covington (Va.) Lumberjacks for two seasons, winning the league championship in 2005.
In addition to his collegiate coaching background experience, Coach Everman has previously served as an Associate Scout for the Oakland A's and the Cleveland Guardians. Steve Hanson Al Hoop Hitting Shed / Coach & Player Development / Grounds - Board Member
Steve Hanson has coached high school baseball for 45 years, with 30 of those seasons as a head coach.
Hanson was an assistant coach at Marshalltown High School from 1986-1993. In 1994 he was named head Bobcat coach, a position he held until his retirement after the 2019 season. As the Marshalltown head coach, Hanson’s teams averaged over 21 wins a season and won over 30 games four times.
Under Hanson’s direction, the Marshalltown baseball team made state tournament appearances in 1995, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2008, 2009 and 2018. The Bobcats won the Class 4A State Championship in 2002 and finished runner-up in 2000, 2001 and 2008.
Hanson won over 600 games as a varsity head coach and was inducted into the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association’s Hall of Fame in 2011.
